  The Taber Aquafun Centre is one of the finest and most varied aquatic leisure facilities in Southern Alberta with a water slide, hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and water slide. A 70kW micro–Combined Heat & Power (CHP) solution was installed by LSM Energy Solutions. The total installation only took two short weeks and was easily done with little interference during the facilities pool maintenance shutdown to best avoid interruption of public access, especially during Covid protocol's.

  The CARIN apartment building has 82 rental apartments ranging from 300 to 1,300 sq. ft. The building is 6 floors with 66,000 sq. ft., with the bottom floor as commercial retail space. LSM Energy Solutions installed (2x) 35 kW Yanmar (cogeneration) CHP units in May of 2020 and the units have run for 7,500 hrs. without any trouble. The first oil and filter change were completed in March of 2021.

  This client is a 12-story multi-family apartment building owned by Drewlo and located in London, Ontario. The building consists of multiple one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a saltwater pool, hot tub, and sauna. DBS installed a 35 kW YANMAR combined heat and power (CHP) system on the building's roof to provide 24/7 power and hot water to the facility.

  The Esther Barazzone Center is the Commons Center for the Eden Hall Campus of Chatham University. Designed as a “living learning laboratory” this campus is intended to house and feed 1,500 students all while emitting zero carbon emissions and producing more energy than it consumes. The Esther Barazzone Center spans 23,000 square feet and two floors, and is a multi-purpose space, including a commercial and teaching kitchen, dining hall, classroom and root cellar.
